Odegaard included in Madrid's Champions League squad

The 16-year-old has been named in the European
title holders' squad and could become the youngest
player in the history of the competition this month

Martin Odegaard 's
meteoric rise is set to
continue after the
Norwegian teenager was
included in the Real Madrid
squad for the knockout
stages of this season's Champions League.
Clubs had until midnight on Tuesday to submit the
25 players they wanted to contest the final rounds
of Europe's elite club competition.
Goal understands Odegaard has been included by
the defending champions despite the plethora of
options available to coach Carlo Ancelotti.
